Note: Flooring must be inspected to give a set price. Pricing may vary depending on condition of flooring. All prices below are without G.S.T. and this will be added on at time of quoting and invoicing.

From $12 per square metre (1 coat Polyurethane)
From $15 per square metre (1 coat Two-pack Water-based)
From $14 per square metre (1 coat Tung Oil)
Staining – from an additional $5 per square metre
Additional coats - from $7 per square metre
New and old flooring
Sanding and polishing (1 coat sealer and 2 coats Polyurethane) - from $20 per square metre
Sanding and polishing (1 coat sealer and 2 coats Two-pack Water-based) - from $30 per square metre
Sanding and polishing (1 coat sealer and 2 coats Tung Oil) - from $30 per square metre
Staining – from an additional $5 per square metre
Additional coats - from $7 per square metre
Replacing floor boards
From $35 per hour plus materials
